Adam Wilson, Ph.D. joined the Rush University faculty in September of 2015 as an Assistant Professor. He received his doctor of philosophy degree in Anatomy and Cell Biology, with a doctoral minor in education, from Indiana University. Previously, Dr. Wilson was on faculty at Robert Morris University, College of Nursing and Health Studies and served as a visiting anatomy professor for the University of Medicine and Health Sciences on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts. In addition to being the course director of medical gross anatomy, Dr. Wilson conducts surgical education and medical education research. To date, his research interests have focused on assessment in medical education. Specifically, he is interested in psychometrics and the use of multivariate statistics to address gaps in assessment practices.
