Digital Histology Interest Group or DHIG

Hi DHIG(ers)! 

I can hardly believe another year has passed and the annual AAA conference is just a few weeks away!   
Is anyone interested in a DHIG(ers) social gathering again this year?  If so, please indicate which day or time would work best for you.

One time that comes to mind is Monday (4/23) evening after the Karen Pinder, Jennifer Eastwood and Stefanie Attardi organized session "Teaching and Assessing Integrated Medical Histology Curricula" on Monday 4-5:30 pm. 

Is anyone else presenting a platform talk or poster?

Thank you, Lisa, for organizing this again. One problem with that day and time is the AAA member meeting which is scheduled at that time, Monday from 5:45 to 6:30 pm, followed but the Student and Poster Reception. 
We could meet at a restaurant after the member meeting at 7 pm? As all the other evenings are filled with other events, a lunch meeting might be the only other alternative.
Hoping we will find a day and time that is convenient to most DHIG members.

Yes, the Student Poster Session is scheduled from 6:30 to 8:30 on Monday; I will be attending it.  Hopefully another time/date can be found for DHIG gathering.

A lunch meeting works better for me and I can do any day (Sat - Wed). Though it was a little too loud, loved the food we had during our previous lunch meeting in San Diego. It was right across the street from the convention center - can't recall the name of the restaurant though!

Thanks for taking the initiative to organize another DHIG social!  I could join you all on Monday after the members meeting or a Sunday lunch.   It sounds like it will be challenging to find a time good for all, so whatever you think is best for most members is probably the way to go.  If I can't attend, I will be sure to catch up with you all at the sessions.
