I completed my Ph.D. in Cellular Biology and Anatomy in the summer of 2017 and immediately transitioned to instructor at the same institution. I teach human gross anatomy, histology, neuroanatomy, and neuroscience to medical, allied health, and graduate students. I currently have an interest in neuroscience research, but my goal is to segue into educational research.
As a mentee, I am looking to meet fellow anatomists, future collaborators, and those who can help me with navigating academic life, i.e., career enhancement, developing teaching pedagogy, and transitioning to educational research.
On a personal level, I am married with three little ones. I enjoy spending time with them, cooking, traveling, and watching movies.
