    Dear colleagues,

    Happy New Year!!  Hope everyone's 2015 is off to a great start!
    I am happy to add another goodness to the pile!

    I just heard from the Board that our Innovations Grant Proposal, to build AAA's International Virtual Microscope Slide Repository, will be awarded! 

    Thanks to the Co-PI's Michael Hortsch, Haviva Goldman! 
    Thanks to Bob Ogilvie for reviewing the proposal and for his invaluable insights!
    Thanks to the members of DHIG sub community for all the encouragements and offers of help and for their willingness to contribute to the repository!  Without this wonderful community, this proposal would not have been possible!

    We will keep you posted on details as we get them from the Board.
