DHIG Meet, Greet & Update at EB

    Hello all,

    AAA annual conference at EB is quickly approaching! 

    Since our lunch outing at last year's EB in San Diego was so successful, I was hoping that we could organize another one in Boston this year. 

    Let's start the conversation on time and location for this meeting - please post some suggestions.

    Hi Lisa,

    My return flight is on Tuesday afternoon, March 31st.  I would very much like to join in on a group lunch and would like to suggest either Sunday or Monday.  At the moment I do not have any ideas about a place............but maybe soon.

    I just logged onto the website to ask if we (e.g., you) had finalized plans for DHIG to meet during the meeting ... and saw that you were (at least) one step ahead of me.

     

    In addition to using this DHIG website/list-serve for communicating with members at the meeting, perhaps the AAA staff might have a corner of a bulletin board or white board in the AAA meeting room at the meeting where the DHIG members could leave messages for the group?  While I'm at the meeting, I'm more likely to see a message in the AAA room when I drop by for coffee & conversation than in my email.  Just an idea.

    There will be a bulletin board posted in the Anatomy Lounge (Room 103) at the convention center. You can also use Twitter to share information with other attendees that may be interested @anatomymeeting.

    Hi everyone!  For those of you at the conference, I hope you are all having a great time!  It's been wonderful to see and meet some of you guys thus far!

     Bob Ogilvie has kindly made a reservation at a restaurant in Westin Boston Waterfront hotel (the one connected to the conference center) for our Monday's lunch.  Let's plan on meeting at the Anatomy Lounge a little before noon on Monday and walking over to lunch together.

    I will leave a note on the message board in Anatomy Lounge also.
