Primary Responsibilities Include:

Communication and coordination with AAA, MBF Biosciences, and VMD stakeholders
– including reporting technical issues and discussing interface updates.

Engaging with donors: responding to inquiries, guiding image contributors through the slide‑submission process, and recruiting new histology collections.

User management: screening new user applications and adding approved users to the database.

Website oversight: maintaining and updating the VMD website (approximately 4 hours per month).

Annual reporting to AAA.

Optional activities: participating in or leading enhancement projects, grant writing, or developing new resources.
Estimated Time Commitment:

Approximately 4–6 hours per month, depending on current activities.

Additional time may be needed during periods involving new initiatives or improvement projects.

– ideally early‑ to mid‑career, or advanced‑career individuals with time and enthusiasm to contribute.
