I am an assistant professor in the Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology. I teach Gross Anatomy and Histology to various students including undergraduate, graduate, physician assistant and medical students. I am also the Assistant Director to our Anatomy graduate programs (GCATS and MATS). My general interest in medical education research include analyzing the effectiveness of different types of preparatory work for the gross lab, the use of podcasts in visual-demanding courses, and the use of virtual reality to increase spatial awareness in anatomy.
