I am a Master of Science student at Queen's University who completed Biology and Neuroscience as a dual specialist and Chemistry as a minor during my undergraduate degree at UTM. I continued my research with Dr. David McMillen after my HBSc, focused on microbial synthetic biology: think engineering, but with yeast genomes. 🧬
I am currently completing my MSc at Queen’s University in Anatomical Sciences, supervised by Dr. Leslie MacKenzie. I plan to meld my personal and professional passions for solving puzzles and patient care, respectively, by pursuing an MD/PhD program and a career as a clinician-scientist focusing on anatomical teaching to medical students.
